DOCUMENTED AN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY & THE LAW PROGRAM/MANUAL FOR BOTH INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION TO WSIB WORK WELL STANDARDS. THIS MANUAL IS AVAILABLE IN BOTH CONTINUOUS AND ISO SECTION FORMAT.

  1. Manual/program is a requirement of the OH&S Act Section 25 (2) (j)
  2. Establishes and is the first step in establishing Due Diligence for executives and then the balance of Management
  3. A Company cannot operate without one. The site specific H&S Manual is the documented program (similar to ISO) that ensures repeated activity for management meeting legislated requirements within the work place.
  4. Bill C-45 as of March 31 st now permits for criminal prosecution of mainly Executives, Managers and Supervision (although all “workers” and “work place parties” and all volunteer organizations parties are now implicated under the Bill). The company’s H&S Manual is the foundation to a defense against any prosecution.
  5. Specifically, your Health & Safety Policy Manual is a Due Diligent attempt to prevent Accidents and Incidents from occurring in the Work Place.
